i dont think your rotator counts, as it not the same number upside down as right side up.

Hi wazzappenning...Are you referring to my rotator..? I think your right. GUESS I WILL SPEND IT THEN...

Wert, a rotator is a serial number that reads the same upside down as it does right side up.
For example; 9860986 if you flipped this note over, the serial number would still look the same.

You know..I am no expert when it comes to coins and some times I try too hard and embarrass myself, I think it may be better if I don't post so much and just read what experts write...
