Beautiful coin! These are tough in higher grades, most of them are all beat-up.

MS-66RD, only a few minor ticks away from 67 IMO.

Holy moly the luster on this thing is insane! I wholeheartedly agree with BadThad. MS66RD. The hit on the forehead and the ticks in the field in front of his face keep it down... but what am I saying, down is still up for most! :)

My initial thought, before reading the comments here was MS-64 or 65. I find this series hard to grade.

For a coin from a bag, the luster is extremely well preserved, it's what strikes me when I first look at it, pun intended

Nice find!
