No book in hand, I'd say EF40. I assume those are flat spot by the ear and not toning messing with my eyes. I really don't see much of anything on the reverse. Maybe some slight wear on the high points. Also looks like a weak/tilted strike. I would expect much more wear all over if the Liberty weakness was due to circulation per say. I am still a rookie at grading things like this, so I would definitely wait for more folks to put in their opinions. Beautiful coin regardless...

EF-45 or AU-50. Nice coin. Has what looks like some wear on the high points on the obverse, but the reverse appears less worn.

I'd give it a low to mid AU. I like the look of it. The merc's do look nice with some toning on them.

I'd give it an XF45. Great pic's by the way. What was your set-up?

I would go AU-50 on it. Not a big fan of toning but that is just me. Has nice detail and is a very nice coin. One of the few sets I am keeping.

EF-45 just a little too much wear on the obverse to make AU .
