I'm no expert, but I think I'd start around ten American dollars, and not go over twenty. (If it's the coin I'm thinking, there isn't too much silver content to it, so don't consider bullion prices.)

Wait around for a couple more opinions before making your move however. :)

It's as good silver as any other Latin Monetary Union coin - 0.835 fine, 0.1342 ounces. CV for this coin (2005 Krause) is $35 in EF, $12 in VF. I'd grade that coin somewhere in between, closer to the EF end, though it seems to show signs of old cleaning. Around $20 to $25 sounds fair to me.

I offered 32$ and I was refused.He said it's way under the market price of the coin. Anyway I won't offer him more since the coin isn't in the best condition and it's not that rare.
