Looks like the grading is way off for XF-45, specially for the reverse.

I don't know anything about those coins, but the reverse looks like it was used for a cutting board. How doesn't that get a 'details' grade?

Those are adjustment marks and ok. But the quality of the reverse is way lower in the first compared to the second, however they are both xf45
