Looking for grade opinions here as best possible with the pics. Obverse has some spots not sure what they are...back seems to be toned in some sort of manner. In hand the coin is really nice...brilliant white, surfaces are pristine except for the spots. Even with the reverse toning and the spots on the obverse the luster on this thing is still major cartwheel quality.

MS60 at best! These coins are still plentiful and cheap enough that you can get MS67-69 coins cheap enough somewhere in the 25-30 dollar range graded by PCGS or NGC.

I'm going with MS-64, possibly 65.

the spots on the obverse are much more distracting to me than the toning on the reverse, I would also say low MS grade wise

There don't appear to be any scratches or wear, but the negative toning is so distracting...
