1963-D Lamination Error Without Separation

This looks like a lamination error that just couldnt find its way off...

Sorry picture no good color its a real nice uncirculated coin

Opened up a few rolls of 1963-D and found this one a few in the first roll...

It does look like a retained lamination. I can't tell from the photos, but does it look like the flap could have been folded over from the other side during strike?

Were the others from this roll so spotted too?

no but I got 6 more rolls from same original bank roll box. One coin next to it had a brown stain in same area, but no crack or peal but I only opened 2 rolls so far
