robmck1967...I dont know if what you have there is a lamination error...Look at my arrows..Lines running sort of north and south and where the circle is and the lines, it looks too new...too shinny...Looks like a cause of PMD...Junk coin.
Actually, I've got a few tombac nickels with lamination flaws that look like yours, robmck. I have a number of penny lam flaws like wert's, too, but I'd say your 1960 is real.
