Not good at grading as you all know but here goes,the first one looks to be vf-20 and the other xf-40.As for possible value,1st:$1-5? 2nd:$12-15?

I'm horrible at grading, but i'd say that's a 4-5 buck fallen horseman. I think you undershot on that licinius, it's an attractive well centered coin with a clear mint mark, nice strike and flan.

I can't help you on grading. My personal grading scale consists of

Like / Don't Like / Like If Price Is Low

and

Want / Don't Want / Don't Want Right Now

nice licinius. . . and fallen horseman I don't think grading ancients is as important as modern coins there is so many different types mints and quality of the dies varies with engravers. I think if you like the coin that's what's important.
