AU details, damaged. Nice obverse strike, and looks like original surfaces. I'll bet it looks nice in hand.

@ ProfLiz, yes it does look nice in hand with traces of mint luster and decent strike. I bought it knowing the defects, but it appealed to me.

I paid $80.

I would say XF Details. I think $80 is a good price for it.
