A basement slabber DOWNGRADED an ANCS grade. Was MS65, now MS64 PQ 90% white. I'd even compare them to ICG, good graders but inconsistent. I've bought a PCI coin before, only to have it upgrade at NGC. Still that person is stupid to resumbit to PCI when it was in an ANACS Holder. Will not sell for higher than a ANACS MS-65. In 65 it's a $1300 coin, in 64 just $300. Report this Post to the Staff

They were, in that generation of holder. Not since. The green-bordered holders using Futura type and a 10-digit serial are quite a bargain, and can be assumed to be graded accurately.
