Anyone know anything about this large-diameter 1872 Indian Head cent just listed on ebay? Is this one of those replicas sold in souvenir shops?

Back in those days these were popular and used only in a few places in the world never gaining popularity in the U.S. Current research shows the place that used these larger coins were in the Brazil area by Amazon women. It fit in their hands nicely.

I think they used a worn 1886 or later IHC, scaled it up and added the "1872"--similar to the one below.
If it were a real token from that era, I think they would have used bronze and not plated pot metal.
