Any help appreciated.. trying to figure out which dynasty/ruler this is. It would also be helpful to know if these are rotated the correct way

And according to this very informational page: http://coinindia.com/galleries-beng...sidency.html the first side is way out of orientation. Some good info there.

I have this coin noted as an 1813, so that means at some point I knew what the regnal year of it was. Where does one find that on here?

Date is AH1229 (1813) - issued with a frozen regnal year of 49 (Shah Alam II died in 1806)
