I got this one in an uncleaned lot. Could it be a theodosius? Unfortunately, all but "P F AUG" is off the flan on the obverse, and the reverse may be double-struck.

i would say it could be theodosius, arcadius, or honorius...likely with all three of them on the reverse.

chrsmat71- Thanks again! I noticed that a number of this type were actually from Antioch. Is it likely that mine is from this mint as well?

I happen to have coins of this type for all three emperors - Arcadius, Honorius and Theodosius II (I'm not aware of any issues of this type for Theodosius I, who was long dead when these coins were made).
This type is one of the earliest for Theodosius II, who would've been about 5-7 years old when these coins were made; it is, consequently, found in much better condition than many later types for this relatively uncommon ruler.

As it happens, my Theo II coin of this type is very possibly in even better condition than the pictured example above; unfortunately, while I did make a pretty decent photo of that coin, it isn't on this computer (but there's a lower-quality photo in this thread - that coin is the top left, top and top right are Arcadius and Honorius respectively; discussion at the linked thread is also welcomed, as I feel I didn't get quite enough back then).
