Interesting selection of stuff!

Not sure if your looking to ID it or just showing it off?

At the beginning are the three items in the green holder fossil 'shark teeth'?

The large stone bead could be African neolithic, some of the other beads look to be trade beads, again African but much later. Maybe some ostrich shell beads too.

Where did you get all this?

Bit of showing off and a bit of confusion. I have ID's the spade money, the tok money (round heavy silver with red patina, the boat money with the large tiger tongue...and the ancient Ptolemic bronze with Zeus and eagle reverse....just bought the chemics needs to treat the bronze disease..the very long shell chain I think is Cowrie Shells Lan Na Kingdom Money.......and the Manila from Nigeria is pretty self ecp.......the rest I have no idea..
