Quote: "Five different finishes and world-class engraving bring added dimension to this image of a couple's last embrace before his departure." From this description, I can understand, that it Proof with "different layers".

The only coin that interests me is the last Bison one other than that it looks like May will be a very good month for my wallet :)

Based on the description, I'm guessing that the set includes the regular proof WWI dollar (i.e., the only that is currently for sale). I thought maybe it would be something different. I actually hope it is the same, one less coin to buy to keep my set complete!

It's a relief. After the release of the 1/2 oz "The Mobilisation of our Nation" silver coin, the Mint has amended the description of the proof silver dollar with additional information like it has 5 finishes, etc...

there is no talk of the steamboat willie coin in the Australia site because I'm pretty sure the main silver forum they use is called silver stackers. Cool forum a read it from time to time

Hmm, green darner is a very colorful dragonfly. I swore I would *not* buy more in this series if there were more, but... I feel like I just might feel myself weakening!

I have to be honest, I didn't think the last dragon fly was all that bad. My only regret was not waiting a little to get it for a better price.

@ chubbycheeks I actually quite like the first dragonfly, too. I was just irritated with myself for getting swept up in the hype. I, too, paid too much! LOL

Anyway, for all coins we bought from the RCM, we pay too much :)

I've promised myself not to buy any may releases. I'll wait for the Black Friday sales. Or another 20% discount on the shopping channel. I've spent too much lately on RCM Nclt coins. April was very expensive for me with the glass frog, mask, spring maple, and nanaboohoo coins. I just ordered 3 steamboat Willie coins from the coin shoppe. They give outstanding service, I'm really impressed with their service and selection.

I'm going to try to take a break from buying more until the 1/2 ounce O Canada coin #9 Northern Lights coin is released (whenever that is...?)... it costs more for non-subscribers but I like it the best out of the series!

May will be my 2nd month with April without ordering nothing.

Quote: May will be my 2nd month with April without ordering nothing. Sorry arianzo, but I must correct your double negative. What you mean is "May will be my 2nd month including April without ordering anything." Otherwise your post reads as if you DID buy something.

Just curious:
Didn't you buy the Glass Frog or the Mask?
