Yes, arianzo :)
I understand, that most of the people probably will not buy the Mask... But even I did buy the Glass Frog - I find it attractive and nice example of Venetian Glass coin in my collection.

Well. I don't like the Mask. I didn't buy it in 2013 neither. About the Frog, I didn't buy any of the Venetian Glass series. I don't like that kind of coin (in fact, is a coin as this one is also: http://firstcoincompany.com/silver-...in-the-world ). So, the only reason to buy it would have been to flip it and I considered that it wasn't going to be so so popular so to just make a profit of $10 or $20 didn't worth all the hassle, time, etc. And I'm unloading part of my collection, I need money for another stuff so I'm buying only what I really really want and taking in consideration that most of the releases coins would be available at least at issue price within the dealers so I'm not in a hurry to buy :-)

I have cut back severely on RCM coins this year except the glass frog coins which I bought too many. Fortunately I was able to unload most of them locally for a gain of $10 each. If I sold them on ebay I would lose money since the price of them have plummented. Zero purchases planned for May. Too many releases and too high a mintage for the releases. I now believe anything above 10,000 will not hold its value in the long term. You can get most of them for below issue price by the end of the year.

It's not a must to buy every release.

nothing for me for the 2nd straight month. The only pending orders I have from the RCM is my F15 and Great Lakes Subscription. Once those are done, I'll be sticking to bullion for the next little while and whenever they release a new banknote coin.

Funny thing, my last buy with the mint goes back to 2010.
Something happened to the mint in the last decade and that thing is called marketing.
I did not see any pictures of the May release but I doubt there will be any coins I will want to get.

But it could be, that you just decided to spend money on something else, or to lean towards different hobby. The fact that you didn't buy, doesn't mean that at that period RCM didn't have great products. Here just the greatest examples: 2011 $20 Venetian Glass lady bug with the tulip 2011 1911 Silver Dollar pattern set / Single coin 2011 GITD first coin in the series 2012 Farewell to Penny 5 coins set Without mentioning, that they increased their value - they just great RCM products.

2011 1911 Silver Dollar pattern set / Single coin is THE set that got me stopping to buy RCM products... good example.

But this is NCLT world: "Replicas", "innovations" and other staff for "non serious collections" Some of the people even didn't know about 1911 SD, and thanks to RCM, they can own piece of history in the best "shiny" shape. This is the commemorative SD and not cheap imitation or fake.

The 1911 silver dollar was never issued... never was... why commemorate things that did not make it to circulation ?
It's like commemorating failure to exist.

I have to disagree here. The 1911 set was very well done. From the packaging to the coins. Why not commemorate the rarest canadian coin? Sure it's not official but is it not world famous and note worthy in canadian coin history? I'm very surprised this is the set that has caused you stop collecting NCLT. The thought of commemorating such a coin or theme was that bad? The mint has continued to offer traditional sets and dollars you could have easily continued with that tradition and ignored the rest.

The 2011 speciel edition set was pretty much a repetition of the 2010 special set (75th anniversary). 2011 is also the year the RCM decided to have 2 differents specimen set (baby elk and grey owl)... finally, 1911 silver dollar had already been celebrated in 2001.
