Here is a $20 bill I got from the bank. The seals tend to look a bit darker than usual. This was not "shopped" at all, just a scan and crop job. Is this because they recently loaded a new ink cartridge?

The seal does look a lot darker than usual. I'm not sure if it was too much ink, but it definitely isn't normal.

This leads into my question. Today I got a note where everything is normal but one of the digits in the lower left serial number. It looks dark green like the ink above. I thought it was odd that it would look this way with only one digit.

Could you scan it? I would like to see it.
Thanks

Sorry, I took back my scanner. It wasn't giving me the nuances I needed for coins so I'm price checking digital cameras.
