I am not sure of the value on the $20 note, but I would not buy it unless the seller provided large photos of the front and back of the bill. It has a large stain on the front in a small auction photo and no reverse photo so the seller may be trying to hide something. I think that this bill would be relatively easy and inexpensive to find without a big stain so I personally would pass regardless of photos but better photos will help you make and educated decision about it.
