How much of a premium do you assign to CAC PCGS Commems?

Depends on the commem and the grade level. They all have a magic grade where getting a sticker becomes very difficult.
Theyre basically all hard in 68, most are difficult in 67 and a couple are even lower than that.

Very hard question to answer since there would be plenty of factors involved which would differ per coin. It is generally said that a coin with a CAC sticker will sell for 12%-15% more than one without.

I do not buy it just because it has a CAC sticker.

"CAC" is an acronym for Certified Acceptance Corporation.
They are an independent authentication service that is not affiliated with any of the third-party grading services. They serve as a "second opinion" regarding the grades assigned by PCGS or NGC.
If they believe a given coin is accurately graded and among the higher quality coins for the grade (i.e., a premium quality coin), they will add one of their stickers to the coin's holder/slab.
Some collectors prefer to buy coins with these stickers to help ensure they are getting the best coins for a given grade. It is because of this that CAC-stickered coins often sell for a premium over non-stickered coins at auction; some dealers also price CAC coins in their inventory at a premium.
I would not pay a premium for a CAC coin unless I firmly believed it was truly a premium coin based on my experience. I'm not saying I've got a better eye than they do, but I do trust my own abilities and do not place blind trust in a sticker.

I place no value premium on them ... but admit that at the same price point I would indeed purchase a CAC stickered coin.
Someday I will grow old ... and need to sell my coins.
Believe that CAC will stick around ... and as such my eventual sales will bring a hopeful premium over non-CAC coins.

Only a matter of time before someone sticks a star sticker over the CAC bean on a TPG slab to approve of the CAC bean approving the slab approving the coin inside the slab.

Several people dealers included have tried to make their own CAC, they've failed. If someone wants to back their work with money like they do they're welcome to try, but it's going to be a hard sell trying to argue they're more qualified than JA at CAC

I place NO premium on CAC stickered coins, PCGS or not. NICE coins, Commems or regular issue, which stand out from the pack, almost demand that the potential buyer ignore all published price lists. I make my decision on the coin, and as such, prefer unslabbed examples. Of course, I only do this for the series that I know. I'd be lost in the world of Commems. Each is unique in design.

I do have one coin with a CAC sticker. I'm tempted to remove it but would probably mess up the holder.
