Just a guess but id say its a medal, token or medallion. Maybe the face maybe a saint and the back looks like a depiction of the crucifixion.

Things like this don't have "catalogue values"; they're worth whatever people are prepared to pay for them on the spot. Which usually isn't very much, since it's not too hard to find a religious medal-maker somewhere nearby that will sell you as many religious medals as you want.
