They looks very crude, so much so that I would say that they are not genuine. However, I am not familiar with these types so I cannot pass sound judgement.

I am *not* an expert in ancients, but they all look pretty identical, which may say that it was mass-produced in modern days. Also the second pic makes me doubtful of its authenticity, because "doesn't look quite right," if you know what I mean.

I did a Google Images search for
'Danube Celtic silver coin'
None of the images produced looked even vaguely similar in style to those in the ebay offering.

For me to be even slightly interested in the ebay offering, I would have needed to see some documentary evidence of the hoard discovered, from which these have claimed to have been taken.

If the ebay claim is true that they have come from a hoard, there are legal implications. Most countries in the Danube region have strict laws prohibiting the export of objects of national heritage importance.
It would have been very helpful if the seller could have produced independently verifiable evidence accessible on the internet of the hoard.

It IS however, quite legal to export fakes from the countries from which these coins are claimed to come from.

Its possible everything is OK, here is a similar offering:

For me, forgetting the coins completely, so many things seem 'odd' with the auction I'd consider it a gamble.

These coins usually start off at more than the current offering a piece. IMO it's doubtful they are real.

I have to chalk it up to 'too good to be true' on this one.

Bidding for these seems strong, over $900 atm, looks like a few people are happy to take the risk.

Some of the bidding looks 'interesting' though, if you know what I mean

The seller appears to specialize in automotive calipers and not coins.
This raises a red flag to me.
340 entries for calipers but only one entry for coins.

Maybe they are ancient Greek calipers
