Good day all , I was wondering if anyone has a little more information on the Canadian Maple of " * " coins . Are they a series ? I know there are other coins called the " maple of "*" ), the ones I have have the small hologram insert in them . I just ordered the Maple of Longevity and I have the other 5 ( are there more than 5 ? ) . I purchased the others after these coins were issued and I do not know if they are a series or just minted time to time . It would be great if they added a case made of Maple with a large Maple on the cover to store them in . Here are the 5 I already have .Thanks for your consideration and information of my questions .

Based on the RCM's ad copy for these coins, the "series" began with the 2009 $8 Maple of Wisdom coin. It lists the following as part of the series:

2009: $8 Maple of Wisdom
2010: $8 Maple of Strength
2011: $15 Maple of Happiness
2012: $15 Maple of Good Fortune
2013: $15 Maple of Peace

The 2007 $8 Maple of Long Life appears to be considered as a standalone coin and not part of the "Hologram Maple Series." Based on the very different design of the 2007 coin, I can see why they consider it to be a separate piece.

At this point, I wouldn't expect them to issue any type of box specifically for this annual series.

They do make for an attractive set! It appears that you have all of them.

You have a beautiful set. I too have several Canadian limited editions coins and enjoy them very much.

To be honest, the only CA coin I do not like is the 2014 SML. I do not like those new security micro-lines.

I agree completely regarding the 2014 maples. I really dislike the look of those lines. I really think the lines ruin the clean look of the maple. Too bad they didn't keep it simple like they did with the loonie.

The set of Nclt maples is very desirable when seen together. My
Favorite is the maple of strenght.
