Just thought I'd share this. While wandering through the Home Despot last week I spied these relector lights. I was using the aluminum reflector lights prior to this but the white interior of these grabbed my attention. The dome fixtures are metal/metallic but the rest is plastic. As can be seen from the pics they rotate, angle & adjust up & down in all directions and kind of snap/click into place as they are adjusted. I clamped 2 onto a plastic bar & use 6500K curly fry 75 watt daylight bulbs in them. I diffuse them with tissue wrapping paper & left it off on one to provide a visual of the inside dome. The thing I like about this is I can hold these light with my left hand and move them around at infinite angles, higher/lower etc. until I get the lighting I am looking for on my monitor, then take the pic with the remote/mouse using the other hand. The fixtures were ten and change each.
