The bay have changed their policy, a buyer now has a 14 day cooling down period and they can change their mind in this space. Besides, if he rips you off I will personally (pay someone) to visit him at home and beat him with a frozen sausage until a refund is given. Seriously though, you could phone the bay. They would surely have to listen. I have reported the item, so have you and I am sure others have/will. You will never soar like an eagle if you hang around with turkeys.....
