Interesting LMC popped up during a CRH event. I believe two conditions exist: off-center strike and partial collar error.

This is a MAD coin not a off center strike. On an off center strike the obverse and reverse would be off center. The reverse on your coin is normal which is the case on the a MAD coin. The hammer die is an adjustable die to center over the stationary anvil die. On your coin the hammer die (On your coin the obverse) was out of alignment. Making the obverse on your coin looking slightly off center. These become collectable when the devices actually fall over the edge of the coin. Yours is close, but not enough to qualify. Here are a couple that do qualify:

Also note that the reverse is weak where the greatest off set is located. There was no pressure because the die was pressing the opposite side of the coin. When you have this on your coin, more interest is shown for those coins.

Hi Coop - I labeled my photo file originally as a MAD, but I note that the reverse displays a bit of off-centeredness. However, the rounded rim of the coin might be what is fooling the eye a bit. Am I right about the collar?

They only way to determine whether or not this is a partial collar, you will need to post a picture of the edge.

I thinking this is a collar clash:
Collar clash
Occasionally, the die shifts slightly out of position and, instead of fully striking the planchet, it partially strikes the collar. As with a die clash, the design of the collar, whether smooth or reeded, is transferred to the die. This, in turn, is transferred to the coins struck by the die. Most often, only the reeded collar clashed coins are of collector interest, but again, only if there is significant design transfer.
