Here's an 1858 Flying Eagle cent in a holder labeled MS-60. The seller says he's not a grader and doesn't list a grade in the description, but I think the MS-60 on the holder is a bit on the high side.

Enjoy!

I suggest buyer beware on the VF coin, harshly cleaned.

I have three FE Cents with more breast feathers and I won't grade them over Fine or VF.
This seller is ... way off.

MS 60? Well, at least he's not asking 2 or 3 thousand for it.

If it sells for the current bid of $6.49 I'd agree with the statement. I'd happily pay $7 for that coin.

Am I the only one who reported this auction? No grades allowed in images, title or body of auction unless it is certified by an eBay-accepted TPG.

I believe numeric grades visible in the images is not against the rules. You can't have them in the title or description.

I've sold "non-eBay approved" coins in slabs before with photos that show the grade and haven't had any problems. You just can't mention the grade as far as I know. I've even gone so far as to mention in the description, "You can see the grade".
