Think I have a nice looking RPM here! I believe that the first mint mark is rotated about 20 degrees to the left.

Mercury-1940-S-RPM!

Does anyone have any information on this RPM?
Where can I find more information on dimes and quarters?

Thanks!

It's RPM#1. Not a huge premium coin, they are somewhat common. I cannot tell the grade of the coin, but it appears to be quite worn. I would think this one would sell to a collector for around $3-$5.

Thanks copper! It's about EF, but since it's my only one of this variety, it's not going anywhere but my error box! :D

You should make a die variety box too...because doubled dies and repunched mintmarks are die varieties, not errors.
