The first one is an ancient Bactrian silver drachm, or a copy of one at least; something not too dissimilar to this example from king Hermaios. It's looking a bit too fuzzy for me to be comfortable; fakes of Indo-Greek coinages have become much more commonplace since Western soldiers started bringing them back from Afghanistan by the bucketful.

The Hermaios looks OK to me, it's just a later debased silver posthumous issue. The all tend to look like this.
