On the 1707 Queen Anne 1/2 crown, (KM525.2) there are several versions, with or without E below the bust. On the ones with E below bust, there are also listed either a "septimo" or a "sexto" variety.
What does the E stand for and what is the difference between the sexto and septimo?

E denotes the coin was struck at Edinburgh mint which was situated in the Cowgate, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Sexto and Septimo are the regnal years and appear on the edge of the coin.

Also, Septimo is very rare.

Thanks, regretfully mine turns out to be the more common Sexto variety.
