1959 Cent With Dot Over 9

I just started collecting Canadian cents a few weeks back> I finally got enough to start searching through.

I am going through all my Canadian cents to find varieties and errors all so far everything I found was on coinsandcanada.com to double check against but this one was not.

I will also post a few others I found just to double check as I an new to these.

There is a raised circular dot above the 9 on the date. Is this a error or not?


Note: It is not a stain it is raised almost as high as the date.

thx pennyman007 will do I have a few hanging digits I think I found that I never doubled checked.. I hope they are correct but I truly do not know
