1904 Lib, 1906-D H/E....what Do They Grade?

Both look uncirculated to me.

The 1906 looks like a gorgeous coin. Judging by the amount of luster that you captured even though it's in the holder, I'd say MS63 on that one, though it may be lower since there are details that I can't make out definitely from the pics.

The 1904 I'm not so sure about. There are a couple areas in the pic that didn't photograph well. Being gold-grading-challenged, I need very large pics to judge accurately.

The 1904 looks like an MS62 and may grade MS63 if the grader felt in a good mood
The 1906 is too small and too blue and with lighting too low ( see shadow ) on an online auction that would spell trouble hidden
Without any better scan I would only pay AU58
