hi I have had this coin for years, its the obvious question, do you guys think its copper or brass, probably copper! but its worth a showing as I'm to scaird to take a pice of glass or dimond to it and scratch it up!

Actually, this site lists it as a bronze coin: http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces7984.html

Your coin is a mix of copper (.950 Cu), tin (0.04 Sn), and zinc (0.01 Zn).
