I'm unfamiliar with this type of coin (I'm new to ancients and only really know a little bit about Roman (empire/republic) and a bit on Greek). Posting up on CCF is my final hope! If you turn the bottom pic around 180 degrees, you'll see a view of a harbour with ships at anchor offshore; the ships look modern (16th-19th century) to me.
