Looks like a RPM. But I couldn't find a match on CONECA or coppercoins.

There are hundreds of hub doubled or machined doubled 43 d cents. I've been looking for months. If you check heritage I think a big one sold for thousands and is a particular die with the second d about 60% south west of the regular d. And the same size not a big smudge. If I can locate a picture I'll add it
