I am working on a world type collection of circulation coins, and the RCM is certainly being creative. Is there a list anywhere of which commemoratives circulate and which don't?
For example, I know the 100 years Grey Cup loonie, the olympic lucky loonies and the provincial quarters circulate, while I assume the new baby and the hockey teams quarters don't. (Though I wouldn't mind the Flames quarter!)

Thanks for any input you have.

Whew! So the coloured parks, Olympics, and 1812 issues circulate. I haven't been back in three years, so I'm a bit behind.
Thanks for the list, I maybe have about a third of those, so more fun to come.

I'm at work right now so that's all that came to mind. (99 coins!)
I can add the specific names and dates later.
All the coins named are circulation coins.

2002 coins are dated 1952-2002 on the obverse for QEII 50 years.

There's a great Krause book for circulation world coin collectors: Collecting World Coins. It contains only circulation coinage of 20th and 21st centuries so no 100 pages of Niuean commems!
