The obverse is most likely Elagabalus, although it also could be Caracalla. I'm not sure about the reverse. It is a Greek provincial.

Thank you! :) I couldn't find it on Wildwinds /Elagabalus or /Caracalla. :(
I will try to clean more, maybe there will be more details under the petrified dirt and that will help.

If you can reveal a little more of the reverse legend then you and we will have a better change of knowing where it came from and attribution will be a lot easier.

Both Caracalla and Elagablaus have the Greek name "Antoninus" on their coins, so it's one of the two. The bust looks more like Elagabalus to me.

i looked around a bit and didn't have any luck on an exact match. both caracalla and elagabalus have lots of similar coins.

Congratulations! Good detective work. I was researching provincials of Elagabalus when I checked the thread and saw you'd come up with the identification.
