Doesn't say anything about the value so just sell a cent to me for a dollar or someone else. It will most likely be a 15 dollar voucher that can only be used on ebay. If you guys value your main ebay accounts I would be very cautious. You don't want to give flagged by ebay's security. Attempting to sell single cents with local pick up only is things people on these same message board report to ebay as violations due to people attempting to pad their feedback. If you do continue I would highly recommend using newly created email address and changing your IP via a VPN or proxy for each one. Also, I wouldn't trust cookies and would try to disable them if if ebay allows you to use their site without cookies. Also clear the cookies in between using each accounts or even better use a completely different webbrowser for each account. If you're doing this don't evee log into one account, log out of it, and switch to a different account using the same webbrowser for these borderline activities; that would be providing ebay evidence.
