Scratches on the slab make it hard to grade. Middle bands look non separated so not Fully Split bands
"Full Bands" I think refer to bands which are not only fully split, but are also fully rounded like the top of two loaves of bread.
MS63, but not FSB.

65, shot 66 but definitely does not have full bands. Middle band is FLAT.

This was fun and I have to give the Hard Core grading award to SSuperdave for being the first to step up to MS65...
I will have another slab coming next week and should be tougher to grade!!
