The plain cross: the arms of the Teutonic Order. The eagle inescutcheon on the ornate cross: the arms of the Grand Master of the Teutonic Order. Following MONETA is DNORUM PRV or DOMI PRV, for Moneta Dominorum Prussiae, the Order's mint. The other legend is the name of the Grand Master ("magister"), beginning with MAG (MAGST or MAGIST). The only schilling with a legend ending with QVA, as this does, that I can find, reads MAGST HINRICVS QVA, for Heinrich Reffle von Richtenberg, Grand Master from 1470-77.
