I say no because of the markings spreading horizontally on the obverse.

The markings spread across the obverse look like a woodie. The metals were improperly mixed when making the alloy.
I personally think that the coin itself is genuine, but the seller took the photos from another auction and made the listing with them.

The seller pulled it. Looks sketchy to me. Many things seem wrong, the rims, the N in united is not filled. I am fairly certain it is fake. I would guess it was made from dies that were sandcast.

Can't be positive from the images but I STRONGLY suspect a fake.
