Here is another 1795 LC pick up from the EAC:) This one is the plain edge S-78 variety. What grade you all would give it?

I would agree with G6, and seems to have nice surfaces. I have an S-78 very similar to yours, Tjscoins.

I don't like the "green" on the high points of the coin. I'd put it in my pocket for a day or so to wear it off. But that's just me. I do like the look of it otherwise. It's a beautiful design even in these lower grades.

Hello TJscoins, I finally get some time to post my 1795. Actually it is an S-77 (not a 78 as I mentioned previously - got the Sheldon number wrong). Although the reverse is weaker, the overall condition is similar to your S-78. S-77 is peculiar because the leaves on the wreath are positioned very close to the legend.
