Where is the best place to look to get current GSA value? I tried to do a search on this forum and nothing showed up.

You'll want to use Heritage Auctions' archives for this - registraton is free.

For a small annual fee, you can join NGC's website (coin guide). Since GSA's are mostly graded by NGC, you can get all the price information you want there.
