I picked up a 2009 uncirculated set with the colourized santa quarter because I spotted this loonie...

these are raised bubbles on the surface by the mint mark. there is also one on the D of dollar and on the loon's tail. would this likely be plating bubbles?

there is also 3 beads on the rim near the logo on the obverse. any idea what these are?

should I leave the loonie in the set, or free it and put it in a 2x2?

1.anybody know if this is a plating bubble or a die chip? or?

2.what is going on at the bottom obverse rim? the dots on the rim match the beads in size and spacing. Is it a clash or what?

3. personal opinions please...should I leave it encapsulated or free it and put it in a 2x2? I hate the current set up but maybe I should leave it if it makes the coin better?

thanks!

I think it's a plating issue but not severe enough to create much value as an error, I would just leave it in the original set, or sell it as an error set.
