Down here in Connecticut I've been coming acrossed a lot of Canadian cents from the 20s through 40s are there any particular coins I should look out for? I dont generally collect Canadian coins other than some 1 oz silver for investment but I have to say some of these cents have a really nice strike with a lot of detail.

1922 through to 1926 are the most sought after of the small cents in your date range.
The most valuable and rarest is the 1936 dot although it is unlikely that you would find one as there are only 3 known to have been produced......

In addition to the ones noted above, keep an eye out for 1929 high nine.

I would keep all George V and George VI and use them to trade if you do not collect Canadian coins.
