This is another from the bag of mystery lol. Can't seem to find any of these anywhere much, anyone got any idea on rarity please?   You will never soar like an eagle if you hang around with turkeys.....

RIC VII Constantinople 18, rated R1.
This coins alludes to the naval victory of Crispus on the
Bosphorus where he captured Byzantium (later renamed
Constantinople after himself) from Licinius. He soon had
Licinius and his young son perfidiously murdered.
This series was issued to pay workers building the new city
of Constantinople before Constantine stripped Rome of
its valuables, statues, marble and treasure, and moved it all
to decorate his new capital, where it was later all lost when
Constantinople was lost after a siege.
More of ancient Rome is still remaining than there is
of ancient Constantinople. He should have left the stuff
where it was.
