i asm new also....you see that free optimiser button/
so far, I have had to take every image I have on file.and use that..
click it..do as it prompts.then close that window.
then click on uploading images and follow that prompt

Prepare image on PC.
Size it to 800x800 is fine.
(Any larger is a waste on CCF)
Copy the DIRECT code from Photobucket
click Media button and paste between
{img}Paste Code Here{/img}.
