My main collection consists of my Roman, Byzantine, and early Germanic and other Dark Ages coinage. Between those three I have, as of 5/19/2014:

- 298 attributed coins

- 99 rulers
(emperors, empresses, Caesars, kings, etc.)

- 13 nations/states
(Roman Republic, Roman Empire, West/Eastern Roman, Carolingian Empire, Ostrogothic Kingdom, etc.)

- Coins from 39 mints

- The top 5 rulers I'd say are my rarest (in no particular order):
Libius Severus (Western Roman), Louis the Pious (Carolingian), Theodahad (Ostrogothic), Gelimer (Vandalic), Majorian (Western Roman)

- 1 gold, ~22 silver, the rest bronze or silver-plated bronze

In addition, with all of my attributed and unattributed coins, and including those ancient/medieval not in my main collection, my entire ancient/medieval collection ranges from early 4th century BC to 1482 AD, a span of over 1900 years, from the days of ancient Carthage, to the beginning of the Early Modern era and the Age of Discovery.

How does your collection look like?

Oh and don't mind my "Attributed coins in my collection so far" in my sig; it's somewhat outdated. And your stats don't have to be set up exactly like mine.

I have just under 700 coins in my collection. Mostly Roman bronze. I have managed to collect 92 emperors, empresses. and ceasars. I also have a number of silver denarius, and three Republic denarius. I also have a fair size Byzantine collection with one silver Byzantine coin. I have recently started collection Greek type tetradrachms and have a nice collection started. I've also started collecting India, Bactrain, Indo-Greek silver coins. I also have a collection of ancient Chinese cast coins. No gold coins.

I have about 400 coins in my main Collection, with the total being in closer to 900. Anyway, my main collection is mostly comprised of Canadian and US coins, with about 37 being ancients (If we're including Byzantine and Sassanian). So I have 19 Bronze (Mainly Roman), 16 Silver (Mainly Greek and Sassanian) and 2 Gold (One Greek, One Byzantine). All fully attributed save one. I have some Indo-Scythian Coins coming in sometime next week.

Fully attributed: 114

Partially attributed: ~30

Waiting to be cleaned/attributed: ~100 (mostly lower quality, maybe 25% will ever be attributable)

Cultures: Rome, Carthage, Macedonian Greece, Elymais, Phyrgia, Sicily, Syracuse, Thessalian Greece, Thrace, Ptolemaic Egypt, Indo-Greek, Numidian, Nabatea, Parthia, Pontus, Persian, Scythia, Sassanid, Selucid. Depending on how finely you want to divide Greece it's a couple more or fewer, but I'm pretty happy with my broad collection.

0 gold, 33 silver, ~10 silvered, the rest bronze.

Biggest collection: Roman: 59 (51 Imperial, 8 Republic)

Second biggest: Carthage: 6

Earliest minted coin: Silver hemiobol from Caria, minted between 460-440 BC.

My main collection is my Roman Imperial. This spans from Julius Caesar to Marcian. I have 78 coins in this collection so far.

I also have a few secondary collections. My Notable Historical Figures collection currently contains 32 coins representing (what else, notable historical figures) ranging from Pericles to Queen Elizabeth II.

My other two secondary collections are a US type collection representing types from 1800-2000 and another US collection of modern proofs from 1999-present.
