Pictures are unclear. Can't really tell but there aren't any strong signs of it. Pictures are very blurry and unclear too.

Quite possibly, there are 11 overdate varieties for that year. From what I see it might be, but if it is its' not S-190, 191, NC-5, or NC-6.

Yeh, I saw a bar in the middle of the 9. I checked and that is an over-date variety. A better pic might help like a high-resolution scan.
