This isn't my pic, I'll post mine once the coin arrives. I thought the die break on the reverse was pretty neat. Would love to know everyone's thoughts on grade and variety if possible. Once I have the coin at home I'll try to attribute it as well. Thanks!

Variety is N-5 R3+.

Looks to have a large planchet flaw on the reverse, lamination error? Looks VF to me with scratches on the obverse.

I think you need a rarity higher than 5 before there is much of a premium. This one is only a high 3.

An R3, in my experience, allows you to sell the coin more easily than if it was an R1 or R2. Many would prefer an R3 over something 'very common', especially when it doesn't cost more. Most of my collection is R3's.
